Our Story

Why we're rooted

A little about why this space exists, and who it's for.

The Founder

I needed a space that didn't make me choose

I needed a space that didn't make me choose between my faith and my honesty about how hard life had gotten. Church felt like it wanted my testimony to already have an ending. Everywhere else felt like it wanted me to leave God out of it entirely.

Rooted in Grace started as a handful of voice notes to a friend, then a blog post I almost didn't publish, then a small circle of people who said, quietly, "me too." It's built for anyone who wants to hold their faith and their struggles in the same hand — without pretending either one away.

There's no perfect ending required here. Just company for the walk.

What We're Building

Six things this space holds space for

01

Hope

A steady reminder that the story isn’t over, no matter what this season looks like.

02

Healing

Space to name what hurts without being rushed toward a tidy resolution.

03

Encouragement

Words meant to be carried with you into an ordinary Tuesday.

04

Faith-based reflection

Honest faith — the kind that makes room for doubt, questions, and grace.

05

Mental wellness conversations

Talking about mental health as an act of faith, not a failure of it.

06

Community

People who will sit with you in the waiting, not just celebrate the arriving.
